Lockers at Malaga Airport
At Malaga airport there is a left-luggage service that allows you to leave your luggage safely and securely.
In the LockMate shop you can leave your luggage for as long as you need it. The shop also offers printing services, sales of travel products and card recharging.
To leave your luggage in the left-luggage office, no prior reservation is required. You show your passport or identity card and indicate when you will be collecting your luggage. You will then have to accompany the staff to scan your luggage.
Baggage may also be collected by another person, provided they present the original receipt given at check-in.
You can store your luggage for hours or even weeks. Hourly rates start at €8 per bag for a maximum of 2 hours. Weekly prices start at €12 per bag every 24 hours (Prices 2024).
Location: The left-luggage office is located in the public Arrivals area, on floor 0. Opening hours throughout the year are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
These limited opening hours may be inconvenient. IMPORTANT NOTE: Luggage will not be delivered outside these hours.
Lockers in the Plaza Mayor shopping centre
Plaza Mayor is a beautiful open-air shopping centre just 2 km from Malaga airport. It is connected to the airport by suburban train and is the next station after.
At Plaza Mayor you can leave your luggage, shopping, small bags or handbags in a secure space. The luggage locker is conveniently located just a few metres from the suburban train stop, in the Plaza next to the entrance to the shopping centre.
This option is ideal if you are coming or going to the airport with enough time to stop over. The shopping centre has a wide range of restaurants, shops and Designer Outlet as well as multiplex cinemas.
Lockers at Malaga train station
There is a left-luggage office at Malaga Maria Zambrano train station. It is automatic and provides service from 7 am to 11 pm. The price varies according to the size of the suitcase, ranging between 3 € and 6 € approximately.
The big drawback, apart from the limited opening hours, is the limited space available. It is not uncommon to see travellers queuing up waiting for a locker to become available.

Centrally located in the Soho district, just a few metres from the Malaga Alameda Centro suburban train station and only a few metres from the beach, the port and the historic centre.
You may have gone shopping and then feel like going out for a drink or dinner but don’t want to carry your bags.
This locker called Locker in the City is open 24/7. You don’t pay per suitcase or bag, but rent the entire locker, which is available in three different sizes.
The service includes Wifi, USB charger inside the locker, video surveillance.
Bookings must be made in advance.
