Over 1,300,000 travellers passed through the airport in Malaga, Costa del Sol in June, representing an increase of 2 per cent over the same period of 2011 and the first increase in passengers recorded at Malaga airport so far this year.
Most travellers (1,107,864) that used in June Malaga airport travelled in international flights; more than a third of them coming from or going to the UK (37.1%), followed by Germany (7.2%) and Ireland (6%).
