The chef Dabiz Muñoz, awarded as the best chef in the world for the third consecutive year, and the leading company in travel experiences are launching a new culinary concept that will transform the restaurant offer at Malaga airport.
This new culinary experience with the name ‘Hungry Club’ will be installed in the terminals of the airports of Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and Palma de Mallorca, in addition to Malaga Airport.
Designed to transform the on-the-go dining experience, this ambitious project will offer exceptional, high quality, avant-garde gastronomy and design, while working with local and local suppliers.
Hungry Club: high quality gastronomy and avant-garde design
The gastronomic offer will be designed by Muñoz himself, a three star Michelin chef. It will combine high quality dishes, using local products with a creative and changing approach depending on the time of day.
This new dining space will offer options for breakfast, brunch, dinner, fast food to go, among others. Travellers can either sit at the bar, take the food the terminal or to the plane.
Their opening hours will be the same as those of duty-free shops: That is from 8 am to midnight.
This joint venture project with the company Avolta also introduces a revolutionary duty-free concept.
This will combine retail with a high quality catering offer. These spaces are a consumer experience never seen before at airports in Spain.
We are looking forward to try it on our next trip through Malaga airport!
